I don't really see an issue unless the relationship starts when the girl or boy is under the age of 18, and the other partner is much older.

I've always believed age was just a number. When I was 18, I dated a 32 year old man. He taught me a lot and I am grateful for it. That being said, I don't think a young girl needs to be with an old man (talking like 16 and 40).

The man I am with now is 8 years older than me and we're inseparable.
