I haven't tried the UFO, but I've tried the other two. I liked Siri better than Mimi, but I know Mimi is a very popular choice around here.

Siri has been great for me. It's pretty powerful and very quiet. DO NOT get the UFO. The vibrations are SO weak and the design is frustrating.
