Hi guys, I am shopping for some Kegel balls. To be honest, I am not entirely sure if it's necessary. I do Kegel on my own, but I can probably use a set. I've narrow down my choice to those three. Which one should I pick? Help me choose:)

The Ami because you can move up as your muscles get stronger!

I have been thinking of getting some and decided on maybe L`amour p.w. pleasure system. Just because they aren't encased in anything and the "sting" is flexible also they don't make and sound. I don't like the ones that are in cases or would have a stiff string that way they would be more comfortable to wear around and I heard the casings can be hard to clean or get the balls back in

I'd go for the Ami - multiple sizes and weights so you can switch as you increase in strength, and depending on what size you want to use.

Multiple Sizes with Ami!

Versatility of Ami makes her a winner.

i have only tried the smartballs and i love them, though i am considering trying the ami

Ami has different sizes, but with any kegel product, you have to be willing to put in the work. I always forget to do them. I don't have any of these products, but I have 2 different types of kegel exercisers and I keep them in the bathroom cabinet and 98% of the time I forget to get it out and do it.

I'd probably go with Ami, I like that it has more variety and sounds like a good value.

Ive heard good things about the smartballs. Looks like everyone like the Ami though! lol

I would get the ami just because the color is great and there are so many different varieties. Good luck!

I have the Luna beads, and I love them they are also perfect for someone who is just starting out with exercisers.

Ami.

I've tried the smart balls and the Luna beads and I say go for Luna!
Though judging by the responses here, I may have to try the Ami sometime.

Smartballs if your just starting out, they're easier to stay in while walking around. The Luna beads are just as good and come in 2 weights plus you can use them with or without the harness. I have them both. (Smartballs and Luna Beads) But for actually making sure I'm exercising my Kegals I use the Jopen Vr1 vibrating balls. If you can get past the learning curve of operating them I find them great. I'm still not able to walk around with them in because of their weight but laying down they're heavenly and stimulating. Something you might want to think about in the future.

My SmartBalls were a great set for starting out with. I've recently moved up to the Luna Beads and have been putting myself through the routine of switching up the weights. It looks like the Ami would also be good for that.

Ami are really popular

The Ami. I own the Luna ones too but I love the Ami WAY more.

Ami looks like one you can grow with. But even better, I would recommend a kegel weight such as a barbell. Active exercise is much better than the "reminder" balls, imo.

Honestly it all depends on the size of your anatomy as I found out after purchasing the Smartballs Teneo Uno. It was too big diameter wise for me so I'm going to try the Luna Mini beads. If I'm not happy with those I'll give the Ami set a try.
