When getting ben wa balls, how do you know which ones are best for you? Do you start with smaller ones, bigger ones, different weight?

I like single balls and ones with longer, silicone strings.

Try the Teneo Uno or the mini Luna Beads. With the luna beads, you can start with one ball and work your way up.
