They're made specifically for sex toys, so I imagine the ingredients are okay to put inside you. (Although, they do contain glycerin, which isn't great for vaginas...)

Baby wipes are meant for skin contact and being gentle on a baby's most sensitive areas so I can't imagine that EF is better for skin stuff.

Baby wipes are probably more sensitive on your skin and much cheaper. I use these or Wet Ones for pre-use cleaning of a toy because of the antibacterial properties.
