So I have a vibrator - brand new, in the box - that I got for free (NOT for review but through a contest I entered) and will never, ever use. It's not remarkably high-end but it's not cheap either. Is there any site or anything that anyone knows of to sell or swap brand new toys? I hate to waste it but there are multiple features on this toy that I know make it just not something I'd enjoy at all.
What Can I Do With This Toy?

I actually have a friend that would really like it, but I already bought and wrapped her a vibrator this year.

The blog is an interesting idea though. I've been working on mine and while it's not up and running at the moment, it should be soon. I suppose I can hold on to it until then.

I can find a handful of sex toys on ebay but not an actual category...I'm not sure HOW to go about doing that or if it is technically allowed?

I don't see why a vibrator would not be allowed. However, if you have a blog that you are going to release soon, I would save it for then. What better way to kick it off than with a giveaway. Everyone loves free toys!

You must have a friend who would just love to try a toy. Gift her, introduce her to EF and give her your discount code for the future. A Win...Win for all!!

You have to jump through a couple of weird hoops to allow yourself into the adult-only categories on eBay. Else it hides them from you. Search for random adult products by name until one of them shows up -- Lelo stuff works well for this, generally. Then click through to items until you find one that is dual listed, meaning that it is listed under health and beauty or whatever it is that actually shows up, and listed under the adult only category. Then click on the adult category's link at the top of the page. At this point, eBay will ask if you're 18, and then magically you can browse sexually explicit stuff to your heart's content.

Personally, I've never found the courage to trust an eBay seller with adult merchandise, as I'm quite concerned with discreet packaging and I've gotten weird enough shipments when trying to buy video games and music, but people must buy it, because there's a ton of it there.

That's how you get to the adult section, where you have to go through a TOS saying you're over 18 to view, and then you're in.
I can find toys on there cheaper sometimes, but I try to stick to sterilizeable ones, or ones that have packages you would just know if they were opened. Shouldn't be a problem listing it there, I think it also makes the listing private automatically, not sure. I just sell my stuff on a forum I go to with other people who sell/swap toys.

All of these are wonderful ideas!

There are sites that do that but I am not on any. I'd do a contest, re-gift for xmas, or sell on craigs list or ebay? It really would depend what type it is though. There is a market curve on ebay. Some things go for a lot and some go for little. For example...anal toys seem to do better. I think this is because people are less included to buy them in a store out of embarrassment or they don't want it on a credit card statement. I'd say sell as your last resort.

So tell us what it is. I found someone on the site who had a toy they didn't want. We exchanged messages and I bought it from her - I think it worked out well for both of us!

craigslists or see if a close friend may want it.
