Just a quick note. My wife and I just purchased one of these at a shop while we were out of town two weeks ago on a whim. Good news/bad news/good news. The good news, she absolutely loves it. The vibrations are very powerful, it is easy for both me and her to hold during play, its vibration patterns are very nice, and its whisper-quiet. The other notable thing about it is that because of the way its designed, unlike a traditional bullet the vibration don't go into your hand/fingers, but rather to the clitoris or such other place as you want them. Now for the bad news. After only 4 uses, the charger mechanism has gone bad. The good news. Within 10 minutes after sending an email this morning to the folks at We-vibe up in Canada, I had a very nice customer service person email a couple of suggestions to try to fix it, then when they didn't work, she sent me a return authorization within another 10 minutes. The unit is being replaced. I do appreciate good customer service, and We-Vibe gets an A+. After we get the replacement, we will post a full review. We just hope that the new charger design (its a cap with 2 metal contact points that when you place onto the base of the Touch, which also has 2 metal contact points, magnetically grab each other) will hold up and that this was just an anomaly.

I have to agree about how fast their support service work. I had some questions regarding the charging system for the We-vibe and they took less than a day to send me some information.

You know why they are awesome.. cause they are from my home town and we are all awesome up here

I have been eyeing this one up and have it on my wishlist to get in the near future.
Wonder how they would be if I had an issue over here

Just for funs and grins why don't you try shooting them an email and see 1) how fast they respond and 2) what their service policy is for your location. As stated above, I had to send the toy back to the folks at We-Vibe so I had to pay for shipping to Canada. Given that is where the company is, they are likely even more used to dealing with "international" than some of the US companies just based on marketshare.

I'm glad to know you were able to get good customer service. That always says a lot about the company.

I really want this but I'm a bit disappointed that EF doesn't have it in the teal... and that they seem to have it listed at the highest price around!? Its around $70 elsewhere, regular price.

Use the 30% spring coupon sale for contributors. If you didn't get it, email them and they will email you back a code for it. Hurry though, its only good through this weekend.

The folks at We-Vibe are pretty amazing - I've had questions regarding their products in the past and never had to wait longer than an hour or so for a response. Maybe it's because they're Canadians (like myself ) or maybe it's just because they understand the importance of respecting their customers. Either way I've never been disappointed.

As the OP, I agree, although I think its the latter as we are way down in the south US. On the other hand, while its a cool product, I emailed Ohmibod with a possible defect question on one of their products a week ago and have yet to get a response. Not the way to get more business from me.

I have the same type problem with my "touch" I hope I can get it fixed soon! I sent in a request to the site and I'll let you all know how it goes...

That is odd. EF's prices are usually pretty competitive.

We are still waiting for a new product to be returned to us from a week ago. We hope it will get here next week so we can do a real review.

Good to know that you got it all fixed in the end. ^_^

I got this vibe a while ago (a month? Two? I have no concept of time so I really don't know, lol)
I played with it once, let it sit for a few days or a week, then tried to play again and the battery was dead so had to charge it. This happened maybe 5 times. (Already enough to annoy me. All my other rechargeables keep their charge between uses!)
Anyway, I think the toy is completely dead now. I've been trying to charge it for the last few days, and it won't turn on at all. Just makes a sickly sounding squeaky noise. At first I thought it was that the charger was getting bumped loose but now I'm pretty sure it's just not charging at all.
Good to see you have had success with with getting a replacement. I'm going to email them an see if I can get one too!

Seems that everyone is so busy talking about their flat batteries that they have not actually even had a chance to try out the toy. Our experience was not what we expected. We also bought this with great expectations. She tried it solo but it would not stay in (she is not large)but it would just slip out, even difficult to keep in any position while we are together, I am an average seven inches so not too big or too small. We also found it difficult to find any setting which really hit the spot for her. The C shape is too far apart and very floppy so that when inserted the clit part is up in the air no where near giving any pressure or touch to the clit. Tried it while making love but it was not comfortable (lubed as instructed) it felt like a hard piece of plastic in a place it should not be. So no, I agree with some of the other reviews, overpriced and definitely not all it is hyped up to be. Will be gathering dust in the drawer till one of us turfs it out in the trash.

Yeah, it's been a very rare occasion that I've used another shop since discovering EF because generally speaking they have the lowest prices. I went somewhere else for some Jollies because the prices were lower, but for virtually everything else they are either on par with other shops or even cheaper.

I like it a lot. I got to test it at a friends party and I must say wow. Only problem is its sticky and doesn't work well with pressure. Getting the MiMI and Salsa instead.

Their customer service is excellent. I sent them an e-mail and they e-mailed me back the next day. I have the Tango and it loses a little power with the slightest bit of pressure. I've heard that the Touch completely loses all power if you apply enough pressure to it. Has anyone found this to be the case?

I love this like nothing else, but it is a glitchy little thing. The first one I got I exchanged twice because it kept losing power really fast. I finally wrote to We Vibe and got a nice email back that basically said, yeah, if you run it on high it doesn't go that long.
So I thought, I'll get a second one to act as understudy. But I had to exchange *that* one because it didn't fit into its charger. The one I got in exchange keeps turning off by itself, even sooner than the other one. I don't want to exchange it yet again, because I'm worried (a) that the postage costs from these returns will wipe out any profit EF is making, and I love them--don't want to run them out of business! and (b) that the good folks at EF will wonder if something fishy is up with me that I keep exchanging these vibes. Sigh...
