The wife prefers external but does enjoy internal from time to time. The other night she had her first taste of a rabbit type toy that has the vibe for external but travels through to the internal area pretty good. Like it so much she did not want me to take it out.

Myself I like them internal. Vibes on the perineum do little for me.
