I haven't tried that specific pair, but I did try a similar pair and I was very underwhelmed, especially for the price. I'd put my experience as maybe a 2 or 3 since the thought was indeed very exciting, but in practice it just wasn't.

I haven't tried them, but honestly it's easy enough to just make your own vibrating panties. All you need is a small vibe and a pair or panties with the front end of the crotch panel open instead of sewn shut.

I picked my fiance up the Little Black Panty vibrating panties, and needless to say she was very underwhelmed. The actual bullet was uncomfortable and the actual panties were too loose to keep the bullet in place. It is a great idea, but I think it could be implemented better. Possibly boy shorts, something with a bit more grip to them.

I say cut down on the flash appeal, and more on the actual performance of the product.
