Vibe advertised as waterproof no longer working

Contributor: jennifur77 jennifur77
I took a toy in the shower and now it's no longer working. The batteries are new, is there anything I can do to save this toy or is it dead for good?

Thanks!

It's probably dead for good if the problem is from water. Can you return it or contact the manufacturer/distribut or?

I really don't know. I've never returned anything before or contacted a manufacturer.

I didn't even submerge it. It just was wet. . . Makes me wonder about cleaning toys and what is safe and what might ruin them. *sigh*

This is the toy in question.

It lights up but won't vibrate.

When did you buy it? If it's within 60 days you can return it if you bought it from EF. If not, you can try contacting them anyway. If you bought it somewhere else you'll have to see what their return policy is.

Thanks for the help ghalik!

If you bought the toy from EdenFantasys and it's within 60 days, please do try to get an exchange or refund. You can do that here.

If you didn't get it from us, maybe try the manufacturer?
