i prefer using warm water and soup, i dont like to have chemicals inside my body

I usually just use warm water and a mild soap.

lol I use the ABC method of timing that I was taught for hand washing. (For those who don't know what I am talking about you recite the ABC's while washing..in my case slowly just in case lol)
