i don't think other people should tell you how to spark things up as a couple you should work that out by yourself

I think many books and such that give tips on spicing it up are just full of suggestions. No book that I have seen tells you that you HAVE to do what it says. Most books are just collections of ideas. A couple can decide which ideas they'd like to try, and then they can easily find more information on those ideas.
Many couples have difficulty thinking of new ideas; a lot of the time when you're getting bored of the sex, it's because you've tried all the stuff you can think of. It's not a crime to look to sources other than your own imagination.
And this is in the vibrator section. It would probably fit better in Spicing Up a Marriage or something.

Like MaryExy said, most 'Help' books are just that. If it helps a couple think of a new idea, I'm all for it.

Yes, I had the same thought when I saw the title in the "Vibrator" category. It was almost a letdown to see that sparking vibes weren't the topic.

But onto the topic at hand... If your relationship needs a little help, any help (as long as the advice isn't detrimental) is welcome. Long term relationships do not magically work. They take lots and lots and lots and LOTS (get the picture? LOTS) of work! It takes a lot of work to stay sexually attracted to each other after 3-4 years. Ruts are inevitable. Sometimes a book, a friend, a website, a therapist can offer a tip or advice that you hadn't thought of yourselves.
