I have the MiMi, and I have trouble with it because it is absolutely flat and there is no ergonomic curve which I think would be nicer for the clit.
With a larger clit, you might want something with a more dramatic curve like Lily.

I don't have Lily, but I have Siri and MiMi. I think the MiMi is a better vibrator because it is so much stronger than Siri. MiMi is also completely waterproof.
