Maybe it's just me but a seam on a premium, high-end silicone toy is a HUGE turn off. I can't help but notice that Jopen and Leaf, both high priced, high-end, luxury lines (which I believe are actually made by the same manufacturer if I'm not mistaken?) have very visible seams and when I've handled them in stores, very noticeable to the touch by my hand. If you've used any of these toys or other toys with a seam, how do you feel about these seams? Can you feel them during internal or clitoral use? The Life vibrator by Leaf, for example, which is a clitoral vibe has a seam right where I think I would press it to my clit during use and that just seems like it wouldn't be pleasant. If you haven't used any of them, do noticeable seams on a toy make you less likely or more hesitant to purchase it? I really like the design of some of the Jopen and Leaf toys but I don't know that I want to spend that much money on a toy that has what I see as a major flaw.
I also picked up one of the Jopen toys on display in a store and turned it around and noticed that the silicone was tearing around the charging port. If you own one of these toys, have you noticed any tearing or damage to the silicone around the port? I realize, of course, that the toys on display in the stores get a lot of handling and are probably handled more roughly than a toy in home use, but even so, it seems to me that if the toy was as high quality as it's price tag would suggest, then it shouldn't be showing that kind of wear.
I've seen nothing but rave reviews on all the toys in both of these lines, though the Leaf toys don't have many reviews posted yet, but these issues seem pretty glaring to me and yet, I haven't seen any discussion of them in the reviews which makes me wonder if other users just see them as non-issues?
So to recap:
1. How do you feel about seams on your silicone toys? Particularly, how have seams on Jopen and Leaf toys affected use of them for those who have used them?
2. Has anyone with a Jopen toy had problems with the silicone peeling or tearing around the charging port?
