I do not find it scary. But, the entire unit (the part you showed is just a replacement part for the entire Sqweel unit) would not be strong enough for me. I have read in reviews that pressure stops the wheel and I need pressure to get there.

It's not the toy I would like. But, women who like a kinda gentle semi oral sex experience may like it.

Here is what the entire Sqweel looks like. The thing you showed is a replaceable, alternative textured wheel for this device.

Hmm I think I'd be game to try it. I try not to focus too much on what they look like and more on what it feels like. I bet that could feel kind of nice, like a tongue licking you.
