Anyone ever feel like they lean more toward one product because of the packaging?
Packaging

I prefer my glass toys to come with a nice padded storage bag, but the outer (disposable) packaging doesn't concern me. I also love how many VixSkin toys come in plastic cases that allow the toy to stand and not deform because they got squashed under other toys.

No, I have to honestly say packaging does not factor into my decision whether or not to buy a toy. A nice storage bag is a bonus though.

Only if it was a gift. Otherwise, absolutely not. It gets thrown away.

Yes, often.
To me, nice packaging - where you can see the company has put thought and effort into - to me says better quality.
I know that's not always the case, but so far it has played out that way for me!
Although I don't require the packaging for storage, I still like nice looking boxes and will keep them for other things or for when I move.

No, but nice packaging definitely a bonus!

sometimes, yes

I've always wanted an Evolved toy, because of the tin it comes in. I just haven't gotten around to buying one. I have so many vibrators! I saw one I wanted as they are on sale this week.

Evolved packaging is great for sure (and Bottle Rockets are a great example of a toy that probably gets bought a lot in part because of the packaging) but generally speaking I'm not swayed all that much. I do love how Vida products come though

Packaging doesn't really figure in much with me before getting a product. It's a negative for me later if there's too much.

It really can catch the eye but I don't think it would influence me enough to choose this product over a better item. I completely understand what you mean though.

I have to admit, I've never considered packaging when making a choice

Not as much packaging, but NAME really does a lot to turn me on/off of a toy. I'm NOT going to buy something called 'The Giant Cockasaurus" or "The Squirting Willie" but I am going to lean much more towards say, the Lucid Dream line or the Harmonia! Just looking at my wishlist, everything either has a graceful name or a name like "Heart Mini Vibrator!"

I do at times. But I have found some of the ones with the better packaging are not that great.

Nice packaging is attractive, but if it's not going to work for longterm storage, it's just a waste. I'm just happy that these days so many vibrator companies have finally stopped marketing to the male gaze by packaging toys with naked ladies on the boxes.

No as I seldom keep the original packaging, I do have an Evolved Tin and the boxes for my Sinfonia and Ola but that's it.

I think it's hard not to take it into account, but I wouldn't buy a product just because of the packaging.

Not at all.
