Has anyone experienced their MIMI malfunctioning? Mine just started to act weird and won't turn on now. I really loved mine. Has anyone else has this happen?

I've had good luck with Babeland customer service. I've had to send back 2 different vibes for different reasons (one random $20 vibe stopped working immediately after I turned it on and the other was an Elastomer Rabbit Habit where the elastomer wasn't properly attached to the body of the vibrator). They were understanding and had an acceptable turn around time both times.
If the Babeland warranty has expired, you should definitely contact JeJoue.

Yea I charged it. But it still was screwed up and when I used it before it malfunctioned it was charged. So I am resigned to the fact that I must have a meeting of the minds with babeland customer service tomorrow.

Uh oh. I better try mine quick. When I got my order I was sick with the flu. I'm not 100%, but I'm well enough to see if it works.
I had to return something before that was damaged and Eden made it easy. You shouldn't have any problem returning it for a new MiMi.

One good thing came out of this. I realized I like Eden Fantasys much better than Babeland and will probably not buy anything else from them. And their shipping just takes too long anyway. So one last interaction and I am done

Yeah I know mine went a little wonky when it was just about dead (like it turned itself on scaring the ever loving crap out of my cat) but other wise she is good. I would do the exchange for sure.
