I just received the MiMi that I order and it doesn't want to work. I left it charging while I was at work and came home and can't get it to turn on. I don't know if it didn't charge, it's defective or the buttons are messed up. The instructions talk about a red light lighting up when charging, but there isn't a light on the charger or vibe so the design must have been changed slightly.

The red light is located under the silicone, so you won't be able to see it unless it's on. If you have the charger connected properly and the light didn't trun on it sounds like it's broken and you'll have to return it.

My first one had problems like this as well. I had to return it. The second one I received has had no issues like the previous one.

Gee wizz. There's been too many faulty issues with this vibe. I'm majorly concerned this will happen to me and being in AU, there is no way it can be sent back. Our postal service refuse to allow any kind of batteries to fly. I was thinking about getting it in my order in a couple of days.

I'd double check the outlet you're plugging into and make sure everything's working properly. I've had perfectly working toys not charge because the plug wasn't sitting right in the outlet for whatever reason. Either I didn't push it in all the way or its shape/size prevented it from seating properly in that outlet.
If you're positive everything's hooked up right and you don't get a little red light while hooked up to the charger, submit a support ticket to return it.
