So, my boyfriend reminded me the other day that I don't have a clitoral vibrator, and he's right. We were looking at both the Mia and the Nea online and in person at a sex shop recently, so I got to see how each one felt weight wise and "test drive" the controls and speeds and whatnot, but I'm having a hard time deciding between the two. Any other recommendations of body safe clit vibes are welcome as well! I've also seen and played around with the Layaspot in that particular shop as well, and didn't like it.

I own both the Nea and the Mia. I prefer the Nea's shape.
Something else to look at- the Lily. It's identical to the Nea except for the texture. I've heard many people prefer it over the Nea- it supposedly "tugs" at the skin a little more, something I wish I had when the Nea gets too slick.

Well, since I'm me, I have to make my usual recommendation of the Xtreme Pack G-spot Bullet. It's the love of my life. I don't know if it falls into your definition of body-safe, but it is definitely phthalates free, just not sterilizable (it's made of hard plastic with rubber cote). I prefer it over any other clit vibe because it's strong. I have the Mia, and have not used it since I first reviewed it, simply because it's not that strong. I need strength in a clit vibe. The Mia is certainly adorable, but it doesn't deliver for me.
