Has anyone else purchased an item, got it defective, sent it back and the 2nd one was defective too? It is supposed to have an LED light and 10 functions. Plus it is supposed to turn off. It has no LED which would not bother me but it is on what ever function it is on and won't change or turn off. cal exotics must have send Eden a whole load of bad ones. I love the shape and size and everything about it. It just doesn't work per description.
