We've had several of these. Recently one broke and we got another - in fact I ordered 2. We're so disappointed the new ones are so much weaker than the older ones. I don't know if we got a bad batch or they just let their standards slip - we're reallllllyyyyy disappointed!

You can probably send it back as a dysfunction? There's a 60 day return policy for that.
