Hey everyone. I am very small (5 feet) and I ordered the Juno because I heard such great things about it. When I got it, I was kind of startled at how big it was. I cant get all of it in (I get a little more after the last ball in the Juno) but a little pokes out. Is that normal? Am I supposed to be able to walk around with it? I couldn't find any instructions on how to use it. Someone please help!!

The Juno or the Desi? You've linked to the Desi but are talking, it seems, about a different toy?

I have not been able to find directions for this product either. At least not any that are simple to understand. I would purchase it, but I fear it might be a waste of time. Is it supposed to be common sense?? Is there a kegel exercisor for dummys?? I would just like to know how I would use it if I bought it.

Here's a decent how-to: link The exercisers, like the Desi, give you something to clench. If the balls are weighted, as most are, it also forces your muscles to clench more often in over to keep the balls inside, giving you stronger muscles faster. That's the theory, anyway. I've found it to be true enough.
