I don't have the Vr10 but I'm guessing it's better. The Vr1 will want to slide up to a level where your gf can't feel the vibrations any more. But the whole Vanity series has wonderfully strong vibrations so a product like the Vr10, that won't slide up too far, I think would feel wonderful.
