Mine has always had serious issues connecting to the magnetic charging base (had it for over a year). When connected properly, a little orange light should turn on signaling it is charging. Unfortunately for me, I have to do charging cord yoga to get this thing in *just* the right position with *just* the right amount of pressure against it to make charging possible, and even the slightest bump will break the connection. I often resort to using hair pins and inanimate objects in my room to keep it in position, if the usual propping-it-against-so mething trick doesn't work.
The charger doesn't fit "flat" against the underside of the vibe, instead rocking back and forth as if one were dented outward, which makes me curious as to whether this issue might have been caused through damage during the shipment process or if the base is just designed that way for whatever reason.
Anyone had any experience with this? Were you able to fix it, or is it possible to buy a replacement charger? (that is, assuming it's the charger and not the toy itself)
