As far as I know, it's not a seasonal item (a few other holiday-themed items are in stock), but I could be wrong. Try asking via a support ticket.

It's been here a long time so no it's year round. Hope it goes on sale after christmas though cause I'd like one just for the looks.

It had only been out of stock for so long because it was one of the glass toys that was on sale for seventy percent off in August, so they sold completely out of them.
