If you’re the wearer - the ball gag adjustable enough, not too tight, although it doesn’t have holes so it’s not exactly breathable, but since it’s not too tight you can still breathe around it. Or through your nose, duh
If you’re the receiver - it’s a small enough dildo to take anywhere, as long as the position is right.
