My only advise is use a condom. The material is porous and you don't want fecal coli-forms growing in/on it. Do yourself a favor and get a silicone toy.

Always use a condom, the material is porous and cannot be fully cleaned. The dildo itself is smooth, and not likely to catch on anything internally. It also has a flared base and is likely to be a safe dildo because of it. Recommendation: warm yourself up with smaller toys before this one - the last thing you want is an anal fissure!
