I was having trouble with that too... I kept clicking the link to get it, and it would take me to my cart, but it wasn't in my cart.

Did you apply other coupons to your order? The free gifts offer cannot be combined with other coupons.

same here. and then i tried adding to my cart from the product page and it did not come up as free. maybe the offer is over but they forgot to take the promo down on the home page?

It's frustrating me because i really want to place an order and get the deal. did anyone submit a support ticket? please let us know the response.

I had a little bit of trouble, but right before I check out I go to the front page and add it, and then I check out right away. If not it won't show up free for some reason.

I was able to add it when I got my assignment item shipped, but it kept wanting to add shipping. So not worth getting a free item if the shipping is going to cost me at least $25!

it's working for me now in firefox.
try clearing your cache if it's not working, and if it doesn't work in IE try mozilla firefox. if it still doesn't work, submit a support ticket.

Also, I was having that trouble when they had the pedals vibe for free instead of the bunny finger. I tried refreshing, closing and opening again, clearing the cashe, everything. Only thing that worked was leaving edenfantasys alone for a day and coming back the next day. Then it worked
