Does anybody know of a way to improve the responsiveness of the remote. It seems to go out continuously, which stops the product from buzzing. Any tips would be appreciated.

Although many of the reviews of this line have had issues with the remote stopping when things block it, I haven't heard of this particular issue. Even when my remote may be too far away, the toy should be vibrating normally. I'd contact Lelo because it sounds like yours is defective

Yeah, definitely get in touch with them at customercare@lelo.com. They've been very helpful to me in the past. ALSO -- and everyone should do this -- make sure you register your LELO toys on their website in the Register section of their website to be sure that you get the full warranty coverage. Your registration number is on the back of the warranty booklet that came with your toy.
If it does happen to be defective, you'll get a brand new toy!

Totally agree. I have the Lyla and its that same technology and I not have this problem. LELO customer care may have helpful tips for you, make sure you have proof of purchase!!!!
