I Broke Ina!!!

So I'm absolutely heart-broken at the thought of being Inaless for a bit but I will have to be, she's broken.

If the arm shifts even slightly to one side then the vibrations to the clitoral stimulator completely stop. I could live with this, but I don't want it to get worse and then go outside of the one year and have a complete disaster and pay money because I'm cheap. Or I'd rather spend that money on new sex toys, not a replacement.

How long have you had it? You may be able to get it replaced either by Edenfantasys or by Lelo themselves. They usually have a 10 or so year warranty.

Thank god for warranties! LELO's toys are pretty damn pricey, so it's good that you'll be able to get a replacement -- though sucky that you'll have to wait for a new one.

My condolences, by the way. I'd be quite distraught if my favorite vibrator kicked the bucket!

When I saw your post, I literally gasped!! Then I read the post and realized you'll get it replaced So good! That's a lucky thing, and IMO a 'must' for luxury toys of that price!! Too bad you'll have to wait a bit, but I think it's better than shelling out another wad of cash for another!

Were you able to get your replacement? The clitoral arm on mine just broke tonight as well. So I claimed my warranty and will mail it off tomorrow. I'm sad, but hoping the replacement won't take too long to get here, it's still under it's 1 year warranty. How did your claim work out for you?

I've had great experience using EF's limited warranty, and hope that Lelo will be just as reliable in this aspect.

I've had some LELO toys replaced under warranty and had great experiences both times.

The replacements ship from overseas, so you will have to wait a couple of weeks or so, but LELO is great about honoring the warranties on their toys. You will need to ship your toy to the nearest LELO headquarters. If you live in the US, that would be in California.

Have you gone to the LELO website to start your claim yet? Also, do you have the instruction manual, which has the serial number for your toy on the back of it? You'll need it for them to honor the one-year replacement warranty.

Thank you so much! Yes, I went on their website last night and made my claim, got my claim number, etc. Today I boxed it up (I had actually saved all original packaging, so I packed it up just like it arrived) and shipped it to San Jose, CA with all the paper work (receipt, claim #, etc). I was just wondering how smoothly the process works, and about how long it will take. I can handle a few weeks, but I'm sure going to miss my Ina!

I had to use EF's return policy before, and it was so quick, easy and painless, I was just hoping Lelo would be the same way. Sounds like it, which always impresses me. Thank you for telling me your replacement experience!
