Depends on the toy, but I only buy glass or silicone. So I'm hoping those will last a longggggg time.

Whenever the cord shorts out and they have to be thrown into the trash. Or the cord is poking out from under my pillow and my cat chews through it. Usually don't make it to a year.

I keep them for as long as they work, or until I just don't like them anymore.

That being said, I do have a few that no longer work as vibrators, but feel great when used as dildos, so I have kept them.

for some dumb reason I keep them even if they're broken. I have 4 or 5 bullets that crapped out after their first use and I guess I keep thinking "maybe I'll fix them one day" but now I have a tango and a jimmyjane iconic so pretty silly

I don’t get rid of my vibrators, so unless one was to break… I’d keep it.

I'm so happy I've invested in glass then!!!

I currently have 2 free vibrators, I paid for 3, and I have 4 glass pieces.

I'll use the. Vibrators until they wear out, I'll replace one, maybe two, and I hope to have my glass forever and maybe add a few pieces here and there!!!

When I first started getting toys like 6 years ago, I blew through them pretty quickly. They were cheap, but now I hold on to them a lot longer. It really depends though. If they're ineffective or broken, I get rid of them.

I recently got rid of two old (3+ years) vibes that no longer worked. They were some of the first toys I bought, so they were terrible quality and I knew they wouldn't last long.

However, something like the Eroscillator or a Lelo toy, I could see myself keeping for 10+ years. Toys like that are a big investment and their quality usually reflects that.

We have had the Eroscillator for quite a few years now. It is still my wife's faorite.

Depends on the toy. I can happily say after almost one year on Eden, I have done away with every jelly toy I ever owned. In fact...most of my toys are high end now, and I assume they will last a very, very long time

I threw my first vibrator away just a few days ago. Even though it was beat to shit, it took me a year to get the nerve to put it in the trash. I had it for about 6 years.
