The Ella is a dildo and doesn't vibrate. Maybe you meant the Gigi or Moka? I don't have a Hitachi so I wouldn't know.

The Ella doesn't vibrate. Of Lelo toys that do vibrate, I can tell you that they are not as strong as a Hitachi (very few toys are) but they're fairly good for rechargeables.
