I'm slightly confused? Are you asking how to write reviews? If you are. Go to the product page for the item. At the top right corner is a "grab it" button. Grab the item and next to the "grab it" button is an "assignment cart" button. Click that. Inside there is the "Write the Review" button.

I believe they are asking how to write a negative review.

OP: You are free to express concerns with a product's functionality or design, but please be mindful of your word choices. If you must write a negative review, we ask that you do so objectively. (Try to come from a place where you are the owner of a company and you've stumbled across a scathing review of your services - how would it make you feel? )

Stormy, by non-pro I just meant non-professional review, and by "rave" I meant really liking the product - not wanting to complain about it.
