I used to use a toothbrush before I could get my hand on toys. I also used sharpies, expos, and even tried a real candy cane once....I wouldn't advise doing that.

Haha I've tried using an electric toothbrush one time when I was brushing my teeth in the shower, but it was a throwaway one so the vibrations weren't that strong (compared to one of the Oral B or Sonicare rechargeable ones)

Even if you have toys. Nothing gives you the same feeling as a bath tub faucet, that's the best. And the shower head is always fun too.
