Hitachi - is it safely insertable?

I have been playing with my hitachi for sometime, enjoying what many would view as a non-insertable vibrator, in a more "expansive way." I am accustomed to fisting and other large objects internally, but my major question: because of the way this vibrator is engineered, is it safe to insert? If so, aside from condoms, what precautions need to be taken so not to short circuit?

Can Hitachi attachments fit the Mystic Wand?
It's lighter weight, so I'm more inclined to buy it than the Hitachi, but mainly want it to use attachments. Anyone know?

Hitachi
This is by far the best purchase I've made. My wife has a tough time reaching orgasm and needs the intense vibrations for her to climax. The Hitachi..

Honestly, I would not insert the Hitachi.
If you are looking for something with of similar size and vibration that is insertable, they exist here on Eden, but I cannot think of inserting the Hitachi as being a comfortable idea, mainly because of how it is made. That isn't what it is meant for.

Of course you are free to do what you will, but I have no precaution advice except to say I wouldn't do it.

If you need recommendations for other possible toys, I am sure anyone in the community would be willing to help including myself. And I am all for large toys and rumbly vibrations.

I don't really see this as being insertable. I don't know if I would want to even if it was, seeing how it is plugged into the power outlet.

I wouldn't even try that! They make attachments for the Hitachi that are insertable. I'd go the safer route and get the attachment or just use a dildo.

Please don't. It gets hot, and the cap is removable, so there's a space for fluid to potentially get in. The attachments work great or it can be used on the base of a dildo.

The Hitachi gets to Hot to insert, I wouldn't. Besides I have one and it specifically states not to operate it for more than 25 minutes at a time.

Remember, you're talking about using 110-120V household current here, and this toy is not waterproof. I'm sure your internal juices fall into the same category as using this toy near a sink.

I wouldn't. If I recall, the instructions that came with it even warned about it getting damp on certain parts. It's an electronic gadget that is not waterproof, therefore not insertable.

Even covering it with a condom, I just don't know I'd feel safe doing that with my Hitachi. I have this thing about not wanting to be electrocuted.

Personally I'd find a large girth dildo (thinking about getting the Randy Silicone myself), and nestling the Hitachi up against the base of it for vibrations. Maybe something like that could work for you?

I agree with everyone else. The top does come off and you don't want that left behind inside you. It is an intriguing notion, but not advisable.

I agree as well, I think you could seriously injure yourself if you insert it... Please be careful!

No, there is not a waterproof version of the Hitachi. There are some other wand massagers that are waterproof, though, like Lelo's Smart Wands.

Just to reiterate, you probably shouldn't insert the Hitachi itself. But there are attachments you could use that you could insert and still get the strong vibrations!
