Im just curious. I love laying upside down on a hill and having the blood rush to my head. Im curious as to how it would feel rushing to my lady bits and head at once
Have you tried it upside down?

I use it upside down mostly (not really upside down, but with my hips lifted). It works best with the ramp for your head to lie on, I think. I've never noticed it slipping.

It is designed to use in either direction for different positions as well as whatever is comfortable for the user. You just gotta experiment with the pillows.

what about it becoming smooshed?

Depending on the material you put it on it could slide, we use ours on one of Liberators Throe's and it does not move at all on the Throe.

Good luck, Liberator uses high density foam. With the wife and I (About 380 lbs or so) on it it will only compress about 3-4", my wife thinks it is to firm. That foam is part of the reason for the price but it is so worth it. It should last for a long, long time.

Never had it slip on us. It holds its position pretty well. And the angle is not too much that you start feeling weird.

I agree, though I don't understand how you can have the blood rushing to your lady bits and head at once, like the way you've mentioned it.
