I tried it once with my wife, and she hated it. And it didn't do anything for me either, just kept kind of slipping off to the side and not allowing for good, deep thrusting.

They always look like they'll be such fun, but the ones we've tried have never really stayed in place for very long. Interesting to try, but rarely worth the effort.
