Yes. If I knew they wanted one/some or were into them, then I would. Obviously if I wasn't that close of friend with them, then I wouldn't.

I dont have such friends, only my sister. And yeah, I did gift her some toys (new ones of course) She was kind of unwilling to try, but since she did, she uses up a lot of batteries.

Given your circumstances, I'd say go for it! Plus, if you are as close as it seems you are and she is for some reason uncomfortable with it she would be honest and you could keep it for yourself!
