Pretty easy, the only thing that sucks is they say to soak it in a bowl of warm water after. So unless you have a big bowl lying around, it's the bathroom sink, and hopefully no one walks in on that. The only problem I had with it is never knowing just how clean it got. If you are worried about clean up, try the Tenga Flip hole. It's split in half and is easy as hell to clean, plus the inside texture blows fleshlight away. It's like a god damn jungle gym from Burger king threw up all over inside of it. You need to check that out. Trust me...

I agree! the tenga flip hole feels alot better than my fleshlight. I have the original fleshlight and saw the tenga and bought it and i couldnt believe how good it felt. i am curious to try other fleshlights tho. that have textures. soon as i tried the tenga my orginal lady that is smooth got so boring.
