I'm looking into getting myself a wand in the next few days, and I'm really caught between these three. I'm more interested in the fairies, but I can't figure out which to get! I like the attachments for the Fairy Mini MUCH more than the (nonexistant) attachments for the larger size, but it seems like the larger size is actually a little quieter than the fairy mini, and has more power. If any one can give any suggestions, please do!

I know the fairy mini seemingly sounds like a small jet engine, where the fairy wand seems not quite as bad. I know nothing of the hitachi. Please try to choose based on experience, then on reviews. No guesses, please!

The power of the vibrations is a huge priority for me. Of these toys, which do you feel is the most powerful? Right now, from the reviews, it seems the fairy massager is in the win--but I might be wrong. Have experience with them? Please vote!
If you know of another 'wand' that's more powerful, please choose 4 and post your suggestion.

Finally... Disregarding everything else, which toy do you prefer? If you own multiples of these, which one is your favorite? If you own one, why did you choose it? If you don't own any, which one would you buy?
Please comment why you made your choice if you have the time!

I have a Mini and a Hitachi. They are both so crazy loud it's hard to say which one is more so than the other.
They are both very powerful, but the Hitachi on high is stronger than my Mini on high.
For what it's worth, I don't like my Mini. It's feels very buzzy to me, especially at the higher settings. It numbs me and even made my clit bleed. Not fun! The Hitachi is much more deep and rumbly vibrations and less numbing. The Mini looks nicer and the size is better, but I NEVER use it.
The attachments for the Hitachi will fit the original Fairy of you do get that one. They're pretty much the same size. The Mini attachements are then limited to two. So there's more options for the Hitachi or original Fairy than the Mini. I have one of the Mini attachments and while it made my Mini tolerable, I still never use it.

Thank you so much for the vote! I assumed that the fairy's power would go down the smaller they got, which is why I was caught between the largest one and the smallest one. I'm definitely leaning towards the fairy, because as far as I can tell, I prefer the 'bussy' vibrations myself. I just got my first real 'rumbly' toy and I'm actually not a huge fan of it. I think I've trained my body the exact opposite.

Thanks for the insight, too! I'm thinking the fairy is the way for me to go, especially since now I know hitachi attachments will work for it, too.

I own the Hitachi and LOVE it! I do want a Baby Fairy Wand though! It's so cute!

I have the Vibratex Mystic Wand and really like it, but plan on getting the Hitachi next time I get a wand.

I don't know how useful my opinion is, because I only have one, the Fairy Mini. I chose it partly because of the manageable size (the Hitachi MW and the non-mini Fairy just look gigantic), and partly because of wanting to use this attachment.
At the end of the day, I have a couple regrets but I still think overall I made the best choice.
Regrets: 1. the Dr. Vibe attachment that I wanted so much is not actually silicone, so I can't sterilize it. 2. the vibrations are kind of buzzy and loud at the top of the spectrum. (You can listen to the video at the review I linked above.) 3. The neck is flexible---this seems silly to me, I'm not sure if all other wands are this way too, but I'm considering slightly dismantling mine and replacing the flexi neck with some rigid plumber's pipe or something.
Satisfactions: 1. It's incredibly strong. 2. The vibrations are rumbly on the lowest setting, which is the only setting I use on my clit, so it feels really good to me that way. 3. I can crank the power to use when giving my boyfriend a back massage, and the upper range makes his shoulders feel really good (even if it might be too buzzy on my clit.) 4. Scroll wheel instead of two locked settings. This is a huge benefit---I wouldn't even consider one that had fixed settings. 5. Not enormous like the HMW. 6. Runs off AC power from the wall (but they all do). 7. Apparently the Off With Their Head Hitachi attachment from Vixen (I linked you to Miss Debauchery's review, because I haven't gotten one yet) will fit the Fairy Mini, so there is at least one silicone head that is the right size.
Objective things that all wands are going to have: 1. It's loud.
So, at the end of the day, I don't know if there's a "right choice," but I'm very happy with the choice I made. If you think the Fairy Mini would suit you, you're probably right.

Great discussion. I'm taking notes for other toys to try.
