I don't know, but if you put your cursor over the flag, the pop-up shows what the complaint was. In this case it says "spam" although I can't imagine why. You might want to contact whoever is in charge of that to remove the flag. I'd look for the right person at link. I'm new, so that's the best I can come up with.
