Actually you should be very cautious with using any e-stim along the breast. Your heart depends on electrical currents to pump right and you don't what to screw that up. If your asking this question I'd recommend following the rule of never above the waist till you get more experience with e-stim.

You can place them just about anywhere! I have found that underneath the breast and on the inner thighs works the best.

Anywhere. It takes a lot of trial and error. I DID NOT like it on my nipples or genitals, but really liked it just below my breasts and also not on my pelvis.
