Do all clitoral vibrators make your hand go numb?

Contributor: Lady of the Lab Lady of the Lab
Today my Bliss massager arrived. When I turned it on the lowest intensity, I was surprised how my hand was feeling tingly without having applied it yet.

Is hand numbness a typical thing or do you think it's just the Bliss vibrator?

You know if I use one of my clit vibes for a long period of time, the buzzy vibrations do make my hand go all tingley. However, this doesn't always happen. I think it all depends on the position and the duration of using the toy!

So maybe if I use it for a short length of time my hand won't be as numb. Thanks for sharing ^.^

Buzzy vibes tend to make my hand numb, while throbbier vibes do not. If it's a deal breaker, you may need to try out a bunch of toys.

Some of mine do and some don't. I'll agree the buzzy ones tend to make my hand go numb more than the rumbly ones do.

depends on the vibe and the setting. MiMi can do it to me on a higher setting after a while.

I don't have a problem with my hand going numb from clit vibes, but I know lots of other people do. It isn't just the Bliss, it could happen with any strong, small vibrator since lots of the vibrations reach your hand.

It depends on the vibe and how tightly you hold it.

Some are worse than others. Try a vibe that is less buzzy.

Usually not, but depends on the vibe and length of time in use.

This TOTALLY depends on the toy. In 90% of the reviews by high ranking contributors you'll see us talk about weather or not a toy vibrates your fingers. You also might have sensitive fingers, in which you may want to try getting a 'traditional' style toy to use externally.

It depends on the toy. I love the Eroscillator because it's long enough that you can barely feel the vibrations in your hand.

I am leaning more towards returning the Bliss and keeping with my Liv given that my fingers are pretty sensitive.

It really depends on the vibe, speeds, and where you're holding it. I can't use bullets alone cause my hands go numb with them.
