So, I needed to clean some of my toys today and I live in a house with roommates, 1 of whom was home at the time so I slipped my toys under a towel and carried them to the bathroom. Since moving into this house, my toy habit has become a lot more inconvenient. My bathroom is down the hall and I share it with another roommate so I don't even feel comfortable storing my toy cleaner in the bathroom so I have to carry that too. I don't know either of my roommates well enough to be indiscreet about my toy usage and masturbation habits and I use my toys often and clean them after EVERY use so I'm imagining this leading to some kind of hilarious and embarrassing incident of all my dildos and vibrators coming tumbling out of my towel to roll down the stairs in front of god and everyone. I'm not too terribly concerned about it. If I get outed, I'll deal with it.

But it got me thinking, has anyone come up with any super creative ways to deal with the problem of transporting toys for cleaning to a shared bathroom? Or do you have any hilarious stories of being caught or almost being caught or people finding things? Any hilarity or creativity involving trying to be secretive about your toys?

I live in an apartment with two girls, both of whom I love dearly. I leave my toys and toy cleaner out all the time, and they are really cool about it. I started showing my toys to my one roommate after two days I met her and she never had an issue with it. I had like four guests over yesterday, and of course, my toys were out, but I wasn't bugged. I don't feel it's necessary about getting embarrassed about that.

If you're that perturbed, why don't you invest in Eden wipes? You can give your toys a quick clean up and no one else will know about it. When you have the house to yourself, then you can give your toys a thorough clean up.

I live in a dorm with 60 girls on my floor so I understand completely. It's like they're just always there. I try to wash them properly as much as possible but spray toy cleaner has become my best friend. Whenever I know no one is around I'll clean them in the bathroom but most of the time I just spray them and wipe them off.

One of my roommates is a man and old enough to be my father. Not someone I want to show my vibrators to....

I can understand this issue, even though I've not had to hide my toys in a while. With my current roommates, we have our own bathrooms, so it's not an issue. They know that if they look at one of my shelves in my bathroom, they'll prolly see a sleeve and/or a dildo.

I'd suggest getting wipes for your room for immediate cleaning and then try to figure out a toy cleaning day when your roommies are gone.

I don't have any creative suggestions unfortunately, but if anyone else does I'm interested in hearing them too. I live with my parents. I do the same thing as you and wrap toys in a towel to take them to the bathroom, or use toys wipes and then clean them more thoroughly when no one is home.
