*sigh* SUPER disappointed here.
I got the Envy Three from here with a nice discount...It works, at least, but after about 15 minutes of use it's noticeably quite warm to the touch in the center, where the motor is. Then if you should continue to use it past 20 minutes? It's so warm that it is obviously quite warm whilst inserted. THAT concerned me. (I have an Njoy Pure Wand, and after a session using it, the Pure Wand is quite warm to the touch, hot even, because it warmed up to my internal body temp and my hands are accustomed to room temp, so if I can feel the hot vibrator while it's in me, it's pretty dang hot).
I got the Envy One from another retailer to review....and it's DOA. I charged it for hours, the light blinked furiously but it would never unlock/turn on.
I contacted Jopen directly (which was NOT easy) to ASK if I was missing something with the One, if the heat of the Three was not an issue....and I got no answers. Just told to start the warranty return process, and this time they'd "waive the fee", which raised my eyebrows. Apparently it's a $10 fee per item to get a warranty replacement. As if the initial cost of the Envy line isn't high enough. Plus, it'll take 2-3 weeks for your replacement to arrive AFTER they've received and processed your send back. Since I'm on the East Coast and Jopen is California, it'll take the full amount of time probably, so would be 3-4 weeks total.
Has anybody else gotten a defective Jopen Envy?
