The thing I have found to work the best for me and give him something extra is the Mio, but it's expensive, so is the We-Vibe, which we also like. A bullet would work for her if she doesn't mind holding it. A finger vibe is another option but those aren't really all that strong, it just depends on how strong she likes things.
The Hitachi, no, that won't work. It's way too big and bulky.
