Patterns don't really do it for me. There is a Lelo pattern on its rabbit vibrators that I like, though. It is possibly the last pattern on Soraya. It's more of a tease than anything else, though, and I switch back to the steady pattern in the end.

I actually hate patterns! I never use that function on my vibes, it distracts me and i cannot achieve an orgasm while using patterns.
