Would this deplete the battery of my computer? If so should I have my computer plugged into it power-cord?
Will this toy deplete my computer battery?

Hi, I don't know about that product specifically but in theory yes!
Just having a computer with a battery powered on drains the computer's battery, using any USB devices will increase the power draw on that computer's battery because it's using more electricity to operate the USB device. How fast the depletion occurs depends on your battery and the power draw for your computer.
If you want no impact to your computer's battery use a computer without a battery (one that plugs into the wall for power) or keep the computer with the battery plugged in to the wall and charging while using the USB device.

It depends on what your computer is. If it's a laptop, of course it's going to drain the battery unless you're charging the computer. If it's a desktop, you won't be draining anything because it's just going to be another use of the power the computer is already getting directly from the wall socket.
