Cleo, made by the makers of Lelo?

On ONOs website it states in the about section "During that time, Joerg also set up and founded the company Armocon Technology, manufacturing products for LELO, who went on to buy Armocon in 2008." And on the bottom of the Cleo box it says "Assembled by Lelo Prc". Does this mean Ono and Lelo are manufactured by the same people?

Good question. And good sleuthing skills. Now I'm curious too since it does seem to use the same, pretty colors that LELO uses.

The feel of the silicone is also very similar, that matte but super smooth feel I love from Lelo.

I went to email both LELO and ONO, but when I looked for a email address for ONO, the listed address was usa@lelo.com. I guess they are connected, but I'd like to see to what extent.

Got a response from Candice at LELO:
"That's some good detective work! LOL! Yes ONO is an OEM product that LELO manufactures in our facilities, Armocon. And yes, the materials are very similar, if not the same."

I guess that could explain why the Cleo is so expensive, it's basically a non-rechargeable LELO.

ONO has massage candles and things akin to what LELO just came out with, I wonder if those are similar as well?

I saw the candles and whatnot on the site also when I checked it out before.

They are similar. I saw this when it was at the AVN Show last August. Ono was featured in the same suite as LELO.

ONO is the less expensive little sister of LELO, and I hear they may have new lines coming out soon!

I would say yes, in the way Sobe, Snapple, and Dasani are manufactured by Coca-Cola. But I'm no expert.

This is super neat. I know major corporations do this quite frequently, but it seems to be a trend in the sex-toy world also.
