anyone have issues with the metal charging port on these types of vibes??

I got the Sinfive Sue and have been unable to use it from the beginning. It won't charge, it just keeps buzzing and won't work without being plugged in... if you call a couple of short buzzes "working." I contacted this site as well as Sinfive's site and no one will help.

I've had Grace, Sue, and Rose and never had any issues. The magnets are very strong and stay connected well. No issues here.
